Ken Cloke and Joan Goldsmith will be facilitating a 4-day training at Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu (CA) from June 22 to 25, 2017.  The training provides a framework for mediators wishing to enter the emerging field of conflict resolution consulting, and learn how to integrate mediation with organizational communication, conflict coaching, team building, leadership development, change management, and systems design.  The workshop supports the development of new skills in organizational dialogue, leadership, teamwork, and collaborative processes.
